Henson! What a delightful post. I wanted to tell you that not only is your blog one of my all-time favorites, but all 6 of my parrots give this particular post the Birdie Seal of Approval *V* ... this is no small thing!
Thank you for being such an incredible source of inspiration and delight. I adore your blog!
Daisy, Don't we all? I just wish I had Uncles...unfortunatetly my family tree is pretty bare.
Maitri, Thank you so much for the compliments. Very sweet of you. Always nice to come across a fellow writer...and a pet lover to boot. Keep up the good work at Dragonfly Cottage.
Once upon a time, I moved from NYC to the sleepy little town of Plainfield, NJ. Only the town wasn't so sleepy. In fact, a lot of strange things began happening. First, my car is stolen. Then a few days later, a new car shows up in its place. I also began to notice strange activity in the house across the street. The people living there were watching me. And what's more, they all looked like famous celebrities. But that's only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all the weird and unusual things I've experienced here. Wait till you hear about all the wild RAMBO parties I've been to. To find out more, please visit "It Happened in Plainfield." (www.ithappenedinplainfield.com)

Thanks Henson, and ditto the fellow writer/animal lover connection. It's an unusual life, but I'd have no other.
Take care and keep up the good work!
Blessings,
Maitri
