Please click on the photo above to watch a short one-minute movie from the "Bird Bits" series entitled "House Hunting." In this episode, a Cardinal realtor is showing a Robin some new bird house options.
What a scamming Realtor... Perhaps he's planning on getting a cat... *Daisy* to eat the new home owner so he can put the house right back on the market and sell it again...
Daisy--Very smart observation. Mo--I had these birds for the longest time...always liked them...But then one day I looked at them and thought, they would make great little actors. Tashabud--Cardinal rule? Hmmm. Probably something made up by some birdbrain. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)
Cecilia, Yes, but I'm sure you've come across those type of people in your line of work. By the way, I have very fond memories of Cleveland as a child, going downtown to Higbee's every year to go to their 10th Floor Santaland. And the little Stouffer ovens you would get at the restaurant. Sigh! Memories.
This is funny. I checked out the cat clips too and enjoyed those even more! I literally laughed out loud and posted the link to this site and to the clips on my blog. Great stuff!!!
Once upon a time, I moved from NYC to the sleepy little town of Plainfield, NJ. Only the town wasn't so sleepy. In fact, a lot of strange things began happening. First, my car is stolen. Then a few days later, a new car shows up in its place. I also began to notice strange activity in the house across the street. The people living there were watching me. And what's more, they all looked like famous celebrities. But that's only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all the weird and unusual things I've experienced here. Wait till you hear about all the wild RAMBO parties I've been to. To find out more, please visit "It Happened in Plainfield." (www.ithappenedinplainfield.com)

The cardinal seems a bit "seedy" to me!
Very "punny," Debbie. Thanks for dropping by!
I think the cardinal rule should be "Location, location, location." The robin should not invest any monies in that birdhouse.
Ha - I sell those birds in my store!
The bluebird is the best seller!
Great post!
